This space is just for you, the caretakers: the spouses, partners, parents, children, friends and loved ones, who show up, hold it all together, and often feel unseen.
Here you’re invited to share your own stories, advice, bumpy roads and breakthroughs – to vent, to uplift, and to connect with someone who understands the unique weight of caring for someone in pain. Together we’ll build a supportive network that reminds you: your journey matters too, and you’re not alone o this road.
To keep this a safe, welcoming place for everyone, all submissions come directly to me first. I’ll read, upload and format the pieces so that we can maintain a loving and supportive community – free of negativity and noise.
